Instant Pudding Biscuits

Instant Pudding ! A kiwi tradition ! Now you can add a new twist to it !!

Cook time:   15 minutes
Servings:   50

Ingredients:
175 grams butter
1 cup sugar
1 packet instant pudding
1.5 cups flour
3 tablespoons cornflour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar
Add egg and beat
Add instant pudding and other dry ingredients
Roll into small teaspoon lots on tray and flatten slightly with fork
Bake 180c for approx 15 mins
Makes about 50

      These are my family's favourite biscuits. I usually put sultanas in them but they are good with or without them. I have been making them for years. They are easy to make and I have never had a failure yet.

      Tried these biscuits out on the weekend and they won the approval of not only my three boys, but a few of the neighbourhood kids too. Will definitely cook them again and try out some different flavours - we used raspberry on this occasion.
