Summer Instant Pasta Sauce - Yummy & Quick (once you` ve made it a few times ;-))

Prep time:   5 minutes
Cook time:   15 minutes
Servings:   3-4

Ingredients:
350-500g Cooked Pasta (either dry pasta boiled or pre-boiled, Fresh Fetticini is BEST)
75 G Butter
Quarter of a cup hot water
1 Tbsp Chicken Stock (Garden Herb for Vege Alt)
1 Tbsp Basil Pesto (or tsp of dried Basil also very nice)
1 tsp White Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Crushed Garlic (or powder)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Splash of Hot Chilli Sauce
OPTIONAL:
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 Cup Grated tasty cheese
3-4 Tomatoes diced small
1-2 tsp fresh herbs, or diced
Spring Onions or Fresh Chives.

Directions:
Cook Pasta through till al dente

In a seperate saucepan, melt the butter and the next 8 ingredients.except, Cheese,

Pour melted ingredients over pasta and toss in the saucepan to heat through and then serve into bowls. Then sprinkle Grated tasty/Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, and fresh herbs or Spring Onion/Chives over the top, with another shave of Parmesan and you are done.

Another added treat, a cold Macs Gold with this dish is Flippin Slippin in the Rippin.
