Very refreshing and delicious dessert!Prep time: 10 minutes
6 scoops lemon sorbet
8 small ready-made meringues, roughly crushed
2 cups fresh berries (can be a mixture of blueberries, boysenberries and raspberries)
Put the sorbet into a large bowl and soften slightly by beating it with a wooden spoon.
Add in the meringue pieces followed by the berries. Mix together.
Freeze until ready to serve.
