The name says it all, recipe makes heavenly chocolate fudge sauce. Serve on top of icecream, chocolate mousse, chocolate cake etc.
Prep time: 5 minutesIngredients:
100ml cream
2T brown sugar
80g dark chocolate (chopped)
20g butter
1/2 t vanilla extract
Directions:
Bring sugar and cream to a gentle boil in saucepan until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate, vanilla extract and butter. Serve warm.
You can make ahead of time then reheat (don't boil).
