    Im from this place and its the best in summer you wouldent wanna miss out on this place for anything i love going back home to whananaki i miss it alredy lol cant wait fo xmas woop woop im going home........

    I live at Whananaki and know this beach well. You can access it from the sea only. Only other way to get there is over private land.

    Who wouldn't want to visit Whananaki after seeing this photo? The driving time from Whangarei is approximately 45 minutes. Whananaki Beach is easy to get to, and has good surf. I THINK this photo, is taken at Motutara Farm. Check out the website campingholiday.co.nz
