The Black Sheep Backpackers is just a four minute walk to the downtown area yet we’re in one of the quietest, sunniest spots in town. Relax on our large sun decks, in our outdoor areas or in the spa pool. At our lodge we also have a licensed bar where you can enjoy a quiet drink with others. Or, you could head to the nearby Queenstown Gardens for a round of frisbee golf!

Our friendly, helpful staff want to make your stay a special one and can help with planning and booking your activities during your stay with us. We are staffed 24-hours a day for your convenience and safety. We have off-street parking too, making us the ideal place for the independent traveller.
