Sunrise Balloons is based in Queenstown, New Zealand, rides / flights are scheduled daily, all year round, weather permitting. Queenstown is quite possibly the best landscape in the world to view, and it's even better during a hot air balloon ride followed by a champagne breakfast. Come fly with us!

Experience sunrise over the lakes and mountains from the serenity of a hot air balloon. Share an incredible morning with the whole family. You'll float gently with the breeze, enjoying incredible panoramic views. Inflight photos are taken during the flight & are avaliable for purchase during a champagne style breakfast at your landing spot.

We have views of Coronet Peak and The Remarkables ski areas, Mount Aspiring in the Southern Alps and Mount Tutoko in Fiordland National Park.

We also see Lake Wakatipu, Lake Hayes, the Shotover and Kawarau rivers. Some locations used in "The Lord Of The Rings" can also be seen, for example, The Ford Of Bruinen; Dimrill Dale; The Gates of Argonath; The Pillars Of The Kings. Also visible is Mount Earnslaw, one of the great mountains seen in Isengard.

Transport is provided to and from accommodation.
