Situated in a tranquil rural setting, Mill Creek Bird & Reptile Park has lots to offer. With picnic spots & babbling brooks, it's fun for the whole family. With a huge range of animals to suit every age it is the perfect outing. Enjoy their private collection of birds consisting of over 40 species and their various colour mutations, including the NZ Kakariki.

Have your photo taken with one of their many tame parrots, including Magoo, the Macaw. Mill Creek Bird & Reptile Park also have a small collection of pheasants and reptiles. They are happy to walk with you and share information if you wish. There is a small shop offering cold drinks and a small range of gifts.

Feel free to watch Gaye hand feed the many baby parrots that she hand rears in season. When available, bottle feed the lambs and kids. There is also donkeys, a miniature horse, emus, milking goat, rabbits, guinea pigs and more.

Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing day at the beautiful park.

    Thank you! We really enjoy our stay. My kids don't want to leave. Great facilities! Everything are so tidy and clean. We especially enjoy the animal and the play area. We would definitely coming back. Highly recommended to all the animal lovers.
